Ryan Overton, Executive Vice President for Navarro, leads strategic planning and growth for Navarro’s nationwide federal programs within the Department of Energy, NASA, and the Department of Defense industries. Ms. Overton has over 20 years of federal contracting experience leading strategic planning and resource allocation to achieve customer goals, business development, and operations oversight for environmental and technical services divisions.  She received her BS in Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University College of Business in 1999 and is an active board member for the Oak Ridge Industrial Development Board and for multiple non-profits, including United Way, the East Tennessee Economic Council (ETEC), and the Oak Ridge Public Schools Education Foundation.
